2009 Year Level Fees

Fees for 2009 were set at the October Notre Dame College Council meeting. The fees are as follows:

Year 7 $475 per term $1,900 per annum
Year 8 – 12 $522 per term $2,088 per annum

The fees will be billed in Term 4, 2008 and Term 1, 2 and 3, 2009. The first account will be sent during November, and will be due to be paid during December.

Family Discounts 2009

Family Discounts

Family discounts for 2009 apply as follows:

  • If you have three or more children presently enrolled at Notre Dame College in 2009, and do not have any children presently attending a Catholic Primary School in 2009, the following discounts apply:
    • First child – Notre Dame College Full Year Level Fee applies
    • Second child – Notre Dame College Full Year Level Fee applies
    • Third child - $300 of Notre Dame College Year Level Fee charged
    • Fourth or more child – 100% Discount of Notre Dame College Year Level Fee
  • If you have two or more children presently enrolled at Notre Dame College in 2009, and also presently have children attending a Catholic Primary School in 2009, the following discounts apply:
    • First child – Notre Dame College Full Year Level fee applies
    • Second child – Discount of $200 from Notre Dame College Year Level Fee applies*
    • Third child - $300 of Notre Dame College Year Level Fee charged
    • Fourth or more child – 100% Discount of Notre Dame College Year Level Fee

* The second child discount must be applied for annually. Application is made through the “Fee Collection Information – 2009” form.

Building Fund 2009

The 2009 Voluntary Contribution to the Notre Dame College Building and Maintenance Fund is $20 per student each term.

Fee payment plans

Fees can be paid through many different methods. These include Cheque, Cash, Eftpos, BPay, Direct Debit, and Direct Credit.

If you are experiencing difficulties with paying your fees by the due dates, and do not have any arrangements in place, you should contact the College Debtors Officer at your earliest opportunity.

Direct Debit Arrangements

If interested in entering an instalment plan, or modifying and existing plan, please refer to the forms below:

•  Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly payment from a cheque or savings account
•  Monthly instalment from a credit card

If interested in entering a plan where accounts are automatically paid on the due dates, please refer to the forms below:

•  Clear any amount owing on the due date from a cheque or savings account
•  Clear any amount owing on the due date from a credit card
