Sport

Over 800 students each year represent our College at Inter School Sport and whilst success is enthusiastically pursued by the students and teams, this is a by-product of our main goals within the sporting program – developing leadership, resilience and character.

The main sporting competition the College competes in is School Sport Victoria, which consists of three sections – Goulburn Murray District (local area Inter School Sport); Hume Region (area from Shepparton to Wodonga where competitors and teams progress to if they win at the GMD carnivals); State Championships (if competitors/teams win at the Hume Carnival).

We also compete in various other competitions, including the Marist Basketball, Netball and Cricket Carnivals, as well as the Herald/Sun Senior Football and Netball Victoria competitions.

Each year we enter sports teams in the following:

Baseball (Boys), Softball (Girls), Clay Target Shooting, Cricket, Golf, Lawn Bowls, Squash, Table Tennis, Tennis, Ten Pin Bowling, Volleyball, Chess, Badminton, Basketball, Football, Hockey, Netball and Soccer.
