Book Your Careers Appointment – Supporting Every Student’s Journey

Our Careers Team at Notre Dame College offers a range of appointment types to support students across all year levels in planning for their future. Appointments can be easily booked online via our Careers Booking System, available to students using their school email and a Notre Dame College computer.

Types of Appointments Available:

· Careers Appointment (50 mins)
A comprehensive session to explore pathway options, career goals, apprenticeships, or general career guidance. Usually held face-to-face at the Careers Hub, but online appointments can be arranged if requested.

· Subject Selection Appointment (20 mins)
A short appointment to discuss and confirm 2025 subject choices, including changes or additions. Available during key subject selection periods at the Careers Hub.

· Emmaus Appointments (25 mins)
Designed for Year 9 students at Emmaus Campus every Tuesday, these brief sessions introduce students to Careers services and provide guidance on subject pathways or employment options.

· VTAC & Scholarships (50 mins)
For Year 12 students applying for university or TAFE, these appointments provide detailed support with VTAC, early entry, SEAS applications, and scholarships. These will only be open during peak VTAC activity periods (Aug – Sept)

· Before/After School Appointments (50 mins)
Held on select days at the Careers Hub (Knight Street), these appointments allow parents to attend alongside students outside of school hours.

Important Booking Notes:

• Appointments must be made using a Notre Dame College computer and student email address.
• During peak times (e.g., VTAC or subject selection), some appointment types will take priority, and booking availability may be limited. We thank you for your understanding.
