We’ve made it to the final week for our students, and what a week we have had.

Information Night, Orientation Day, release of VCE results, Christmas Liturgies and years 7-11 Academic and Citizenship Awards ceremonies have all happened alongside our Early Commencement Programme. There are so many moving parts to making all these events happen and I thank all those involved for the planning and organisation of them.

The social media age restrictions came into place on Wednesday and it will be a very interesting space to watch as social media platforms continue to refine processes to restrict access to those 16 and under. For parents, it’s important to be well informed and I would encourage you to visit the eSafety Commission website for accurate information and strategies to assist your young person with this change.

Our VCE results have landed and I am very proud to report that we continue to improve our study scores and overall results. Congratulations to all our VCE students on their individual results, and I hope these have given you what you need for the next chapter in your education. Don’t forget the Careers team are here to support you should you need to make changes to university applications.

Students will finish tomorrow at the normal time of 3:15pm. I sincerely hope they have had a rewarding and fulfilling year at the College, and that they take time over the Christmas break to reflect on how they will approach their studies and pathways in 2026. I would also like to thank all our families for your continued support of the College over the year and wish everyone a safe and joyful Christmas break.
