Notre Dame College’s Year 9/10 Girls Soccer team competed at the Hume Region Carnival held in Shepparton on 4 August, with the results being as follows:

• Round 1 – NDC 0 def by CCW 9
• Round 2 – NDC 0 def by Galen College 3

Best players were Macy Caraffa, Violet Higgins & Shirlyn Maina.

After winning in their age groups at our Goulburn Murray District carnivals, our Year 7, 8 and Senior Netball teams represented Notre Dame College at the Hume Carnival. Held in Wangaratta, on Thursday 6 August, and with the rain holding off, the girls had a successful day on the courts! The results are below:

Year 7

R1: NDC 12 defeated by Marian C Myrtleford 15

R2: NDC 18 defeated FCJ Benalla 13

R3: NDC 18 defeated Galen CC 12

Year 8

R1: NDC 14 defeated Sacred Heart Yarrawonga 13

R2: NDC 23 defeated FCJ Benalla 9

R3: NDC 8 defeated by Catholic C Wodonga 29
