Important Information Regarding Student Leave Passes
Parents and guardians are kindly reminded of the following procedure for student leave passes:
- Please do not call the school to arrange leave passes, as we are sometimes unable to relay messages to students in a timely manner.
- Instead, please provide your child with a written note stating the time they need to leave.
- Your child should show the note to their class teacher at the appropriate time and then sign out at Student Reception with the note. Allow extra time for this.
- Students returning from an appointment must sign back in at Student Reception before returning to class.
- Please do not use SEQTA or leave voicemail messages for leave passes, as these are not always monitored in real-time.

2026 Year 12 Rugby Jumpers
We’re excited to announce that Year 12 2026 Rugby Jumper orders are now open through Noone.
To receive your jumper by the first day of Term 1, 2026, please make sure to place your order before Saturday 25 October.
Try-On Sessions – Student Reception
To help you choose the right size, sample jumpers will be available to try on:
Dates: Monday 13 October – Friday 24 October
Times: • Before School: 8:15 AM – 8:45 AM
• After School: 3:15 PM – 3:45 PM
Name Personalisation
You may choose to have either your first/preferred name or surname printed on your jumper.
Nicknames are not permitted.

Delivery - Jumpers will be delivered directly to the school.
If you miss the deadline - A second order window will be available later, but delivery for late orders will be late February to early March.
