Term 3 Work Habits are now available to view on SEQTA Engage.

Last Day of Term 3 – Friday 18 September 2026

Students will finish at the following times:

• Emmaus Campus: 2:10pm
• Knight St Campus: 2:15pm

School buses will run one hour earlier than normal on this day.

Please ensure appropriate arrangements are in place for your child's transport home.

Please note that the College Office will remain open during the first week of the school holidays:

8:30am to 4:00pm

Year 10 Ball

An unforgettable evening for our Year 10 students as they showcased the dance skills they have been practicing throughout the term.

We extend our sincere thanks to Maree Geisler, whose years of commitment to teaching formal dance at Notre Dame College have given countless students the confidence to step onto the dance floor and enjoy this special milestone.

Your dedication, passion and encouragement are truly appreciated.

Year 2 VET Health Staff Screening Clinic

On Thursday 10 September, Year 2 VET Health students completed their final SAC in the annual Notre Dame College Staff Health Screening Clinic.

After nearly 2 years of study, placement at GV Health, and simulation training at Latrobe University, students had the opportunity to showcase their skills completing health screens on over 60 staff members and students.

Tasks undertaken included blood pressure, blood sugar level testing, BMI assessments, vision testing and much more.

A very successful day with students demonstrating and being assessed on not just their practical skills but also communication, professionalism, infection control adherence and work place health and safety considerations.

Game Changers - Packs of Purpose

The Notre Dame College Year 7 & 8 Game Changers are proud to launch Packs of Purpose, a donation drive in partnership with Bridge Youth Services to support local young people in need.

Perhaps you have some extra items at home that you could donate, or you might like to purchase a few items from the shops during the school holidays. We are looking for basic hygiene and self care items such as soap, toothpaste, shampoo, wipes, tissues, sanitiser, hair ties, cosmetics, socks.

All donations must be new (no used items, please). Students are encouraged to bring donations to their House area bucket or to the Faith & Ministry office during the first two weeks of Term 4.

Together, we can help provide dignity, confidence and practical support for local youth in need.

R U OK? Day 2026

Last Thursday, our canteen staff went all out to provide yellow cupcakes to our students and staff for R U OK? Day. We thank them for their tremendous efforts to create delicious treats and awesome decorations.

R U OK Day is a reminder that you don't have to carry everything on your own. A simple "R U OK?" can open the door to support, understanding and connection.
