As we reach the end of what has been a challenging and busy term, I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank our parents and carers for your ongoing support of the College.

Your partnership, encouragement and understanding throughout the term have played an important role in helping our students achieve their best, and we greatly value the strong connection between home and school.

Last Friday, we were delighted to celebrate the Year 10 Ball. It was a wonderful evening that showcased the enthusiasm, respect and sense of community of our students. The event was a great success, and I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the staff who dedicated their time and energy to organising and supporting the night. Their efforts ensured that students enjoyed a memorable occasion.

On Monday evening, the Year 12 Art Exhibition officially opened at Eastbank, providing our senior art students with the opportunity to showcase the incredible talent, creativity and hard work they have demonstrated throughout the year. I encourage families and members of our community to visit the exhibition over the holiday break and take the opportunity to view the outstanding work on display.

This week also brought the exciting announcement of our new Principal, Mr Michael O’Keeffe. We extend a warm welcome to Mr O’Keeffe and look forward to welcoming him into the Notre Dame College community. We are confident he will continue to build on the strong foundations of our College and lead us into an exciting future.

For our Year 12 students sitting practice exams next week, we wish you every success. These exams provide a valuable opportunity to receive feedback, identify areas for improvement and build confidence in preparation for the upcoming VCAA examinations

As we head into the term break, I hope all members of our community have the opportunity to rest, recharge and spend time with family and friends.
