Important Information Regarding Student Leave Passes

Parents and guardians are kindly reminded of the following procedure for student leave passes:

  • Please do not call the school to arrange leave passes, as we are sometimes unable to relay messages to students in a timely manner.
  • Instead, please provide your child with a written note stating the time they need to leave.
  • Your child should show the note to their class teacher at the appropriate time and then sign out at Student Reception with the note. Allow extra time for this.
  • Students returning from an appointment must sign back in at Student Reception before returning to class.
  • Please do not use SEQTA or leave voicemail messages for leave passes, as these are not always monitored in real-time.

Thank you for your support in helping us manage student movement during the school day efficiently and safely.
