Years 10-12 Interhouse Netball and Basketball Grand Finals

The Year 10–12 Interhouse Grand Finals were full of excitement, skill and school spirit, with strong support from both junior and senior students creating an amazing atmosphere.

The Girls Years 10–12 Netball Grand Final saw MacKillop face Mungovan in a close contest between the two best teams in the competition. With scores level at half time, both teams fought hard, but MacKillop came out stronger on the day to secure a 12–9 win.

Congratulations to MacKillop on their great performance, and well done to Mungovan for their determination and never-give-up attitude.

The Boys Years 10–12 Basketball Grand Final between Crane and MacKillop was another thrilling match. After a low-scoring first half, the energy lifted as the crowd got behind the teams. A few clutch three-pointers in the dying minutes helped MacKillop take the lead and claim a 17–14 victory.

Congratulations to both teams for their effort, teamwork and sportsmanship.

Girls' Hume Football Carnival

On Wednesday 22 July, our Intermediate Girls’ Football (AFL) team participated in the Hume Football Carnival in Wangaratta.

With the rain holding off and the sun shining through, the team had a great day of competitive fun! The girls finished runners-up for the day.

Game 2 - Notre Dame 2.0.12 def by CC Wodonga 9.13.69
